တစ္ခါတုံးက မဟာစီးပြားစီမံခန္႔ခြဲ ေနာက္ဆံုးႏွစ္ ေက်ာင္းသားတစ္စုက ေခါင္းေဆာင္မႈအေတြးအေခၚနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ျပီး သင္ႀကားခဲ႔စဥ္ကပါ။ေက်ာင္းသားတစ္ေယာက္ ဟာSynergy နဲ႔ပတ္သက္ျပီးသူ႔ရဲ႔အေတြ႔အႀကံဳတစ္ခုကိုျပန္ေျပာျပေနပါတယ္။
သူေျပာၿပပုံကေတာ့ အိတ္သြန္ဖာေမွာက္ အသဲလိႈက္ အူလိႈက္ ဘာဂုဏ္ သိကၡာမွထိန္းသိမ္းငဲ့ ကြက္ျခင္းမ႐ိွဘဲ အ႐ွက္အ႐ြံ႕မ႐ွိဘဲ၊ ႐ုိး႐ုိးသားသား ပြင့္လင္းစြာ ေျပာျပေနတာမ်ိဳးပါ။
သူရဲ႔စိတ္အားထက္သန္မႈဟာ နားေထာင္ေနသူေတြကို ဓာတ္ကူးျပီး တစ္ေယာက္ျပီး တစ္ေယာက္ သူတို႔အေတြ႔အႀကံဳေတြနဲ႔ ယွဥ္ျပီး ပြင့္ပြင့္လင္းလင္း ေဆြးေႏြးႀကပါတယ္။
အဲဒီတုံးကMBAေက်ာင္းသားေတြႀကားမွာ ထူးျခားတဲ့ စြမ္းအားႀကီးတစ္ခု ျဖစ္ေပၚေနသလိုပါဘဲ။
MBAေက်ာင္းသားေတြဟာ သင္႐ိုးညႊန္းတမ္းေတြ ေဘးခ်ိတ္ျပီး ေနာက္ရက္ေတာ္ေတာ္ႀကာ ဒီပြင့္လင္းစြာ ေဆြးေႏြးမႈ အ႐ိွန္အဟုန္မျပတ္ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ ႀကပါတယ္။
ေနာက္ပိုင္းမွာ စာတမ္းတစ္ခုေတာင္တင္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ပါ၀င္လုပ္ကိုင္ႀကခဲ့တဲ့MBAေက်ာင္းသားေတြဟာ ဘယ္တံုးကမွ မစိုက္ထုတ္ခဲ့ဘူး တဲ့ ၀ီရိယ၊ ဇြဲနဲ႔ လုပ္ကိုင္ခဲ့ႀကပါတယ္။
